Cenarion Circle

[Established Lore] What the game has always held to be true.

Druids sworn to guard the balance of nature, led from Moonglade and joined by night elves and tauren alike.

At a Glance

  • Purpose: guard the wild places and heal what has been broken
  • Home: Nighthaven, Moonglade
  • Outposts: Cenarion Hold in Silithus, Emerald Sanctuary in Felwood
  • Members: night elf and tauren druids, and friends of the wild

History

The Circle was founded in the shadow of the War of the Ancients. Malfurion Stormrage taught the first druids, and the order has watched the wild places ever since. Tauren druids joined after the Third War. [WCIII · Night Elf campaign]

Today the Circle has a lot of work. Felwood is corrupted, Silithus is overrun, and the Emerald Nightmare is waking. [Game · Quest: Cleansing Felwood] [Game · Quest: Cenarius' Legacy]

Where to Find Them

Nighthaven in Moonglade is the home of the Circle. Cenarion Hold watches the Qiraji in Silithus, and the Emerald Sanctuary holds a green line in Felwood. [Game · Quest: Return to Onu] [Game · Quest: Taking Back Silithus]

Playing a Member

  • The Circle does not take sides in the Alliance and Horde war. It takes the side of the land.
  • Druids are not hippies. They are warriors of the old world.
  • A Cenarion character has seen something rot. Know what it was.

More to come soon.
