History
The Crusade began with people who watched their country die. They swore to end the plague, and then they decided that anyone who could not prove they were clean was a risk. That is how a crusade becomes a cult. [WoW Classic · Scarlet Crusade quests]
Where to Find Them
The Scarlet Monastery in Tirisfal Glades is the main base. Hearthglen holds the Western Plaguelands, and Tyr's Hand holds the east. [Game · Quest: Scarlet Diversions] [Game · Quest: Down the Scarlet Path]
Playing a Member
- Scarlet characters are people who lost everything. They are not cartoon villains, and they are not heroes.
- The Forsaken are the Crusade's enemy. Expect it.
- Do not play a Scarlet who wants a hug. They want a bonfire.
